Placing an Order PayPal is the preferred method of payment, especially for delivery. If you would prefer to pay by check, please email us at the address on the contact page for additional information. Delivery of Jewelry Once an order is placed, the items are prepared and shipped within one  to three business days upon receipt of payment for the order. A local pickup option is also available. Shipping and Handling  Items are delivered via Priority Mail. Shipping charges are approximately $5.00. If more than one item is purchased, they may be shipped together. Also, a 8.25% sales tax charge will be added on for residents of Illinois. Return and Exchange Policy We want you to love the artwork you've purchased. We know that sometimes  glass doesn't photograph as well as it should. If you would like to exchange or return your item for any reason, please contact us. We will replace it with another equivalent selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase via PayPal (Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement). We accept returns made within 7 business days of the original shipment date. Just repack the piece in its original packaging (if possible) For your security, please return your piece with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Illusionary Glass will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.  Custom orders are non-refundable. Warranty  Illusionary Glass jewelry is created by hand and certain naturally ocurring  imperfections or irregularities such as tiny air bubbles may appear in the materials and are a part of the character of each hand-crafted piece. We will repair defects in workmanship at no additional charge. Other repairs are subject to a charge which can only be determined  after you return the piece to Illusionary Glass.
